Did I WANT to workout this morning?? NO!! š āāļø
Did I have an excuse not to?? YUP! 1. Im pregnant. š¶ 2. I was TIRED. š“3. My bed was warm. š
But, TODAY was Day 1 of our NO EXCUSES NOVEMBER group AND 35+ other women who had all agreed to get up & do their workouts today too.š So, what did I do?? I got up & SLAYED it! And, now I feel FREAKING GREAT!!! š
PRIOR to these groups, I would have stayed in bed & done it "later" & then "later" would've turned into TOMORROW & TOMORROW would've turned into... maybe in the New Year!! š¬
