Overnight Oats are a Must!

We’ve been loving some overnight oats as a quick afternoon snack option or second breakfast (hehe. We eat lots of meals in the #GaliosHouse)!! ⁣ Here’s our favorite recipe!! 😍

⁣ • 1/2 Cup Oats (we love using the protein packed ones with quinoa)⁣ • 1/2 Cup Milk (Almond Milk is our favorite) ⁣ • Sliced Almonds (or your fave nut) ⁣ • 1-2 tsp. Maple Syrup ⁣ • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract ⁣ • Fruit or berries of your choice! ⁣ >> Add all ingredients to an 8oz mason jar, stir well to mix & refrigerate overnight! ENJOY!! 💯⁣
