Overnight Oats are a Must!
We’ve been loving some overnight oats as a quick afternoon snack option or second breakfast (hehe. We eat lots of meals in the #GaliosHouse)!! Here’s our favorite recipe!! 😍
• 1/2 Cup Oats (we love using the protein packed ones with quinoa) • 1/2 Cup Milk (Almond Milk is our favorite) • Sliced Almonds (or your fave nut) • 1-2 tsp. Maple Syrup • 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract • Fruit or berries of your choice! >> Add all ingredients to an 8oz mason jar, stir well to mix & refrigerate overnight! ENJOY!! 💯
