Incorporating 21 Days to Fit
I'm seriously LOVING the 21 days to fit challenge groups! The title is deceiving. At first I wasn't so sure about this thing.... But, I've proven my skepticism wrong... This program sure ain't easy and it IS FAR FROM magic. It's HARD WORK and it's eating CLEAN FOOD ONLY and only in the CORRECT portion sizes, but it's incredible!! One week and I feel so much better! I feel like I'm gonna "21 days to fit" for the rest of my life.... Lol. "FIT LIFE" anyone?!
So what is it exactly? 💪🏼 21 Days of working out for a half hour every single day, no excuses. (ONLINE workouts that you do at home that LEGIT will kick your butt)! 🍐 Healthy, whole REAL foods only. No processed junk. No extra sugars. Just ACTUAL food. 🍞 You CAN HAVE BREAD and no you don't cut out carbs or any one food group! You also don't count calories. It's a simple, easy to follow meal plan. 👯 ACCOUNTABILITY groups help keep you motivated. 14 other people are doing these three weeks with me. I don't want to cheat when they can't. So I don't. 🙅🏼 Seriously. Loving it. Can't say enough about it. Down inches and pounds in one week and I can SEE my abs!!! I haven't seen them in over a year. Happy dance!! 😍🎉😄
