As the end of summer approaches, I can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of calm gratitude & giddy excitement as I look 👀 ahead at what’s to come. A new baby AND my first book?! HOLY FRIJOLES!
Next week begins a new month, back-to-school, an incredible new launch you’ll want to be on my email list to hear all about, & what feels like an entirely new chapter for our family.
Lots of late nights in, we still have LOTS to do to prepare for this new season (includi

How could something the size of a bell pepper bring so much JOY?! Little baby girl is 11 inches long & over a pound. She can grip, touch, sense light & she can hear everything going on! (& she kicks constantly in response to our voices!) 😍
This last week has been a trying one as far as sleep goes between having a basketball for a stomach & Austyn’s surgery recovery (today is Day 5 & it’s supposed to get worse before it gets better.)

Let’s talk insecurities:
My body & face are covered in freckles & moles. Austyn was snuggling in bed with me this morning, looked up & stroked my face saying “Awww mom! You have so many little dots on your face. They are BEAUTIFUL!” She was in absolute awe.
Growing up, I was so embarrassed by my skin & all the marks all over it. Now I don’t mind them at all. They give me personality. Besides, beauty is clearly in the eye of the beholder. Speaking of eyes...
Been sitting on the couch most of today, still in my PJ’s, baby kicking in my belly, cuddled right up next to my sweet eldest child... it seems we’ve managed the pain for now.
Catching up on work & cant help but be EVER SO GRATEFUL for our coaching business that allowed me to take as much time as I needed off this week & work in the cracks of my days when it works for me. 💕
Also thankful for my incredible husband who is truly a partner in crime for all of this par
Watching Austyn succumb to the anesthesia in the OR yesterday made me feel like I wanted to puke. (Also, natural momma instinct I think, but... I might have REALLY wanted to punch the people who were doing their job and holding her down. #oops) After I left the room, as the nurse was walking me back to where Jay was waiting, she asked if I was okay. I honestly could barely open my mouth to answer. I knew if I said more than, "Yes," I would be sobbing uncontrollably and I've a
She’s GOOD!! This little girl rocked her surgery today!! The doctor said her tonsils and adenoids were incredibly large & absolutely causing obstruction as she slept! He expects her to make a FULL recovery & be better than EVER after two weeks! After a full four hours of recovery here at the hospital, we should be able to go home. Now, the only thing to pray for are incredibly NORMAL results on the biopsy’s they took.💕 SO GRATEFUL & thanking God that today went as well as it
Can y'all do me a favor and pray for my incredible girl? Tomorrow, Austyn has surgery. It's a small-ish procedure. She has to get her tonsils & adenoids out & will have exploratory surgery on her sinuses at the same time. She's had breathing issues (you might remember from previous posts) since she was 9 months old. I've been putting this off since she was about two & trying EVERYTHING natural & every other possibility & though we've been able to make some serious strides wit
Fully feeling these words this weekend “Be Here Now,” reminding me to be fully present with my sweet fam. Never ending support for companies that try to make a difference all while making quality products or providing quality service. I wear STACKS of these or at least one of these every single day. They keep me grounded, remind me what I’m aiming for & when I meet another woman who might need one of these “little words” more than I do, I pass it along. Check out @littleword
