A Healthy Take on Garlic Bread


Starting to feel SUPER OVERWHELMED with all the wedding, packing, house shtuff... So I organized the house best I could (clutter was just adding to the crazy), lit a candle, turned on some worship music, and started making Italian for dinner (duh!!!). ❤️ Ahhhhh... Now that's better! Gluten free Baked Zucchini "garlic bread."

1. take Zucchini and cut it lengthwise and then place them on a foil covered baking sheet.

2. Next, drizzle with olive oil, then add garlic powder, a little pepper and some basil!

3.Then, sprinkle some breadcrumbs (I use Gluten Free ones that are actually made of brown rice), & sprinkle a touch more oil so they get crispy.

4. Lastly, put them in a 400 degree oven on the center rack for about 20-25 minutes until golden on top. SOOO good! <3
