Lean and fit is great. But now I want to be lean and RIPPED!

I've always wanted to be in extreme shape but I never followed a precise plan to get there.

Yesterday, I started a 90 day journey with a new workout program and meal plan. I want to prove to myself that I'm capable of whatever I set my mind to. So I'm challenging myself to be focused enough to get the body I've always wanted.

The next couple months I'm going to get bigger and then I'm going to shred! Build, bulk, beast!

I posted this in our coaches page because I know I'm more likely to fully commit when I have a team of people backing me up! But I decided to share it publicly as well because I'm hoping it might inspire someone else to set a big goal, too.

If there is something you have been wanting, whatever it is, go after it! Stop waiting for inspiration to hit. Get up and do!

We all tell ourselves about why we CAN’T. But instead, try this.. think of why you CAN! Stop making up excuses. You promised yourself you would do your best.

Get off the couch. Stop being consumed with watching tv (unless the Seahawks are playing). And be honest.. do you want to change?

The only thing separating you from where you are and where you want to be are your actions. You've got to put in the effort.

Here’s the thing. "Future you" is not going to regret a lack of achievement or the absence of any one thing in your life, but you will likely regret not striving for your best.

Nobody is going to do it for you. Nothing will make a single difference in your life unless YOU act on it.

Here is to the next 89 days of transformation!
