I Can't Believe it's Been 5 Months!
5 months ago TODAY, Jay Galios left his full-time-SUPER-comfy-salary-pay job as an Account Executive at one of the largest clothing manufacturers in the United States... 👔👞🚫
WHY??
Because he could. 😁
Because our online fitness business afforded us that option. 🙌🏼🍾🥂
And BECAUSE this would mean: MORE TIME for our family 👨👩👧, MORE time to build our dreams of helping MORE people ❤️ & ULTIMATE flexibility with our schedule. 😍

Did I ever think that a crazy amazing fun "side hobby" of online fitness coaching this would be the thing that catapulted my family to ultimate freedom?!!
Heck NO!! 🙅🏼😂
In fact, if you told me two years ago that I would be working from home supporting our family with an online business, I probably would have called you cRaZY!! 😜
Even when I started this coaching gig a year and a half ago, I had NO IDEA how big it could become!! 🤷🏼♀️

I want to pay it forward. Show people what helped me, what cured me, what gave me back my LIFE. 🦋
I want people to feel better about themselves, how to get healthy again, how to create BALANCE in their lives. 🙏🏼
When a few months in we realized that our goal of "changing the world" would take more than just us. 🌎🤔 ... We decided to start training OTHER people on how to start THIER own health & fitness coaching businesses. One step at a time. 👌🏼
And you guys, not only were we able to retire my husband from his full time corporate job, we've been afforded a lifestyle we've never dreamed possible.... ✨💕😍🦄✨
FROM Traveling whenever we want ✈️, private school for our little 👧🏼, new top-of-the-line gear for our business 🖥, giving monthly to ALL of our favorite causes 🙌🏼, going to get my nails done on a Thursday at 2pm 💅🏼.... it's just INSANELY rewarding in all the HEART ways ANNNND all the others.
I don't want to give the impression that running your own business is "easy." But I will tell you that it IS simpler than you'd think! ✌🏼And WAY MORE FUN!!! 🎉
I DONT say this to brag & if I thought I was the only one capable of doing this, I would NOT be sharing this with you. I wouldn't breathe a word. 🙊
But, because I know there are other people JUST LIKE ME out there, I HAVE to spread the word.
We have ALL the tools. ALL the training. ALL the resources.
EVERYTHING you could ever need for you to help people around YOU start living life as their best and healthiest versions of themselves! 😍
If I spent my life helping people get healthy & live longer, more fulfilling lives & I never got paid a cent, you BETTER bet, I'd still be showing up. Every DAMN DAY. 💪🏼
Because, you guys, there's nothing more important than being there for your loved ones as long as possible & living life with EVERYTHING you have. 🙏🏼
The fact that I get to afford my family a healthy, full life on top of it ALL is just the cherry on top. 🍦
