Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bars

Easy recipe for a delicious vegan peanut butter chocolate protein bar. With the consistency of a brownie & a packed punch of protein, these bars are the perfect snack or dessert for the whole family!

Cuts into 16 bars

Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients: - 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup natural style PB
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups dry uncooked oatmeal (not the quick cooking kind)
- 1 cup vegan chocolate protein powder (Ask me for my FAVE, it full of greens & Superfoods TOO! MAKE SURE you use one that TASTES good! LOL)
Ingredients: 1. Combine Peanut Butter, Honey & Milk in a pot on the stove. 2. Warm over low heat, just enough to mix completely. 3. Add protein powder & mix well. 4. Add the oats. Again, just keep it warm so you can stir, but you AREN'T cooking it. 5. Add more milk if the batter is too thick to stir. 6. Press into a 9" by 13" baking pan & let the bars sit until cool. 7. Cut into 16 equal sized bars. 8. Wrap each of the vegan peanut butter chocolate protein bars in foil or seran wrap and store in plastic bags. I added some warm peanut butter over the top because it looks nicer. ;) Austyn loves them & thinks they are brownies... little does she know they are chock full of superfoods like gogi berry, greens like spinach & kale, & protein for her little self! Hope you and your family eNJOY!!!
