Soaking Up These Moments

As we were looking forward to this trip... I wondered what Em might look like in Minnie Ears. Now that I know, my life is complete. 😉 Hehe. Kidding. But, in all seriousness... ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I SOAK UP things like this. Even through the mishaps (( which happen on every single human being’s family vacations, FYI, despite what Instagram looks like )) I KNOW that THESE are the things we will remember in the end. Because these are the things my late husband Nick remembered and wished we did more of in the end. 💕 ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣So, in my opinion, the more LOVING memories we create, the more adventures we take & the more traditions we keep, the better. What’s awesome is that you don’t need a lot of money or a sponsorship deal or to have a flexible work-from-anywhere job to make things like this happen. Because it’s not about the TYPE of memories you’re making, as long as they are full of love. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Grab donuts 🍩 together every Saturday morning, do a devotional together everyday after work, schedule a family game night or movie night, make a tradition of going to breakfast before you go and cut down or decorate this year’s Christmas tree... 🎄⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Whatever it is, SOAK it up. Experiencing new things with your people can be like the perfect amount of icing on an already delicious cake. EAT UP, friends. 🎂⁣ ⁣ #GaliosHouse #MadeforBrave
