39 Weeks & Proud!

Or... #bigbelly 😂😂😂

I’m sure a ton of people are wondering WHY I’m working out still at 39 weeks pregnant. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I would even venture to assume some would think it’s a vain attempt to keep up appearances or that it’s because being an online fitness & lifestyle coach is my job. But, I can tell y’all... it’s NEITHER. 🚫

Whether I’m pregnant OR not, working out makes me feel good. It keeps my previously CHRONIC back pain at bay. It’s been a critical piece of the puzzle that keeps me OUT of the hospital from my auto immune disease & OFF of the drugs my doctors told me I would need to be on for the rest of my life. 🤦🏼‍♀️

And MORE THAN ALL THAT, with a half hour workout every day, lead by a trainer streamed right to me, designed specifically for my journey.... I get to remind myself DAILY that I am STRONGER than I ever imagined. That I will be PREPARED to push this baby out because I’m doing HARD THINGS every single day!! 😍

Right now, is it HARD to move?! Heck yes! Am I modifying basically EVERYTHING?! You bet!

But, do I go to bed feeling accomplished with how I cared for my body each day (which is also including a nice long soak in the tub each night)?!

DANNNNNG STRAIGHT! 🙌🏼

My doctor is so freaking proud of me, my hubby is proud of me, I know Nick is proud of me... and you know what?! I’m SO PROUD of me!! 🤗

Because, when you do everything you can to be your best you, WHATEVER that looks like, what’s there NOT to be proud of??? 💁🏼‍♀️
