Grace & Grit

I missed more workouts in the last two weeks (basically all of them) than I’ve missed in the last two and a half years combined!! ⁣ I slept in this morning. ⁣😴⁣ I didn’t do my workout first thing. ⁣ I had a toaster waffle BEFORE I downed my superfood shake. ⁣😍⁣ ⁣⁣ Do I feel upset about any of that?? HECK NO!! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Why? BECAUSE I’ve got GRACE & I’ve got GRIT & with the two... I’m unstoppable. I missed MORE WORKOUTS in a row than I ever had from the flu last week but, you know how I know I’ve improved from the inside out >> I didn’t even QUESTION hopping right back in when my body was ready. ⁣ ⁣⁣ When stuff like this used to happen, I would overthink it and wonder if I should start over. I would avoid the gym & build up “getting back at it” to be this big scary thing when it really wasn’t. Starting over was my NEMESIS!! But that’s such a WRONG mindset. ⁣⁣ There is NO start or stop date on your health journey folks. We preach this all the time in our online boot camps because I just think it’s so dang important. ⁣💕⁣ ⁣⁣ This is just life, health and LIVING!! You can’t stop it or restart. If you just keep going and doing your best and you won’t ever have to start over!! 😍⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ YOU are the only thing standing in your way, girl. Now, MOVE OVER & give the new you some room. ✨⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ #MadeforBrave
