Can I tell y'all something that's just more than a little bit MIND-BLOWING to me?
I began running my own online fitness challenge groups in July of last year. WHY?!?! Because I realized that as a busy mom and working woman I had NO TIME to stay in shape.
The gym wasn't cutting it. No accountability. AND, too much time away from my little. 🙅♀️
I was SICK & TIRED of being so-freaking-SICK & so-bone-dead-TIRED. ALL. THE. TIME.
So, I did something about it. Enter at-home workout programs by the Top Trainers in the world that I could stream for 30 minutes a day right to my phone. ANNNND accountability. 😍
Throw in SIMPLE nutrition and meal plans that work for the whole family... & this stuff was GOLD!
So, these groups... They CHANGED. MY. LIFE. 🙋♀️
And it's overwhelming to people for me to list ALL the ways how, because if I did, you probably wouldn't even believe me. But, here I am... Not even 18 months later and my LIFE is entirely different.
My health. My finances. My relationship with my then-brand-new-boyfriend. How I am with my daughter. My relationship with God. 🙏#sodangthankful
I tell you... Health is NOT a magic pill that makes your problems go away. But, when your health IS in line, it sure does allow you to deal with your life from a whole lot CLEARER standpoint.
WHY do I do what I do?
WHY do I share so much on social media? 🤷♀️
EVERY SINGLE THING I post is meant to be helpful. It's meant to inspire. It's meant to lead MORE PEOPLE to the JOY & the LIFE that I've found because I love people too dang much to leave y'all in the dust.
