Postpartum journey NUMBER ✌️ & what an INCREDIBLE journey it has been!!

I remember taking the first picture about a week before my second daughter Emery was born, feeling crazy uncomfortable.

This second picture, I took yesterday morning. At 5 months postpartum, I'm back at my pre-pregnancy weight.

No starving. No dieting. Just support from a community. A simple plan to follow. Trusting the process. Embracing the journey. Failing FORWARD.

Tears have been shed & left on the workout mat on my living room floor over the course of the last 3 and a half ish months. But, slowly, along the way, through fitness, I've somehow come back AGAIN to finding a more energized, confident & happier version of myself.

Truthfully, you guys. I sort of doubt it every time. That fitness can take me out of a physical, mental or spiritual funk. And, yet, somehow, it ALWAYS does. It helps me get BACK aligned with my Creator, with my priorities for my life, & helps me LOVE my body, no matter what state it is in.

4 tough pregnancies. 2 healthy babies. In my thirties. I've got stretch marks, saggy spots, extra skin, & all sorts of "mom-proof" but I wouldn't trade ANY of it.

Special shoutout to ALL the ladies learning to love themselves through getting active again. This crazy mom(or NOT)life is ABSOLUTELY insane & we deserve a HUGE high five for even trying!! 💪
