A Girl Who Decided to...

Just a girl who decided to go for it... and go for it... and go for it... and keep on going for it.

When I first started working out with an online bootcamp ((which I was HIGHLY skeptical would EVER work, by the way)) I was still running my own content creation company.

It was the bees knees... until it wasn’t. I was a single widowed mom with little time to spare but I KNEW I wanted to make an impact this side of Heaven. Plus, y’all, I’m a Questioner on the Gretchen Rubin text and an 8 on the enneagram test. Which means.... I’ve got opinions!

And ever since I was a little girl, I knew I would one day want to put those opinions into words and share them with the world.

Welp, herein lied the dilemma. YES, I was writing for work every day! And YES I even had the flexibility of working my own hours. BUT, I wasn’t writing about what I was passionate about. AND, worst of all, I was doing it alone.

I honestly MISSED having coworkers & friends to see but I DEFINITELY didn’t miss having a boss.

I knew one day I would figure out how to write my book, but it would be slow going with barely any time to work on it. And I didn’t have ANY plan for how that whole lonely thing would shake out. Writing a book isn’t exactly a social endeavor - in fact, it can be quite the opposite.

I ended up running my own online bootcamp only because I loved them so much I figured I might as well make my own, catered to my needs & see who might want to join. Then.... THEN.... I saw the miracle.

When I FINALLY realized the potential this business had to offer financially, I was blown away. (( I didn’t even realize my coach got paid. )) & when I finally met the COMMUNITY of women behind this thing. This powerhouse of babes who are blowing it up and making the world a brighter, braver, healthier place... I was HOOKED.

It took me 2.5 years of hours and hours of hard work, very intentional dedication & here I am. Coaching gave me back my TIME! I quit my contracts & now I’ve written my book (( working on getting it to print - AlyssaGalios .com/book )) AND AND AND I have friends through this business that I couldn’t imagine life without.

We grow together. We learn together. We go on crazy trips and do team bonding together. We come from different walks of life, we believe different things, we have different hopes and dreams.... but one thing connects us, we are in this to better ourselves & we only hope that, through our own journeys, we can inspire others to do the same.

Remember friends... Your dreams won’t work unless you do.
